In the company we are equipped with an automatic external defibrillator (AED). There is no obligation to set up defibrillators in the workplace, but their presence is certainly a fundamental measure of prevention from cardiovascular risks such as fibrillation / cardiac arrest, prompt intervention can save a person’s life, if performed correctly correct. For this reason, in addition to purchasing the life-saving device, some of the staff attended a course to learn how to intervene and use it in the best possible way, should unfortunately there be a need.

The push towards greater protection of personnel that we have undertaken with the path that led us to obtain the SA8000 certification, has also made us reflect on the possibility of helping others and we believe that by also informing the 118 of the presence on the territory of the industrial area of an AED can also be of help to the surrounding realities.
