Cardboard is a versatile and ecological resource

Duegi Packaging, since 1969 researching and recommending the best sustainable cardboard packaging solutions, suitable for containing, displaying and protecting many types of products over time. The boxes are mainly made of cardboard covered with the most different papers.

The raw materials used in the production of innovative and sustainable packaging are chosen and used responsibly and are completely recyclable. Coherently with the company philosophy based on the 3Rs of the circular economy (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle), the preparation waste of semi-finished products and damaged boxes are placed in large containers for the recovery of the noble material. Every year approximately 1430 tons of paper products are sent to the pulp mill, thus giving them new life.

In accordance with its “green” conscience, Duegi Packaging is also certified according to the international FSC®, standard, attributable to the conscious management of forests. Furthermore, from the end of 2023, the company’s operational processes will become even more sustainable thanks to a photovoltaic system capable of producing 360 kW of clean energy. By ethical choice, the company is also SA8000 certified: it therefore promotes personal growth, involving and motivating workers in achieving company objectives and improving the working environment in the functional and human field.
