The importance of training

In order to build, improve and maintain our working relationships and internal processes, we are constantly investing time and effort in training. The last training course, held with Amajor srl, some of our colleagues got involved in studing business processes and try to make it more fluid. Thanks to the guidance of the consultants, we aimed to work on collaboration between colleagues and communication between departments.

We strongly believe in the development of the workforce to achieve results over time that lead to improving the working environment in the functional field, but also in the human one.
